Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact us at iris.shopify55@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before sending back to our return address.
Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, perishable goods, and hazardous materials.
